Porn Addicted Rapists 48

A 38-year-old man was arrested after an 11-year-old relative told police he had raped her several times over the last year, a practice that began after he showed her pornography and asked her if she liked it.

Silas Wirth now faces a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a young child. He remains in the Bexar County Jail on a $75,000 bail.
According to his affidavit, Wirth confessed to the abuse during an interview with a detective, then went back on his confession before blaming the abuse on the relative, claiming she initiated the illicit relationship.
The victim, however, told police a different story. She said that the abuse began around a year ago, with the last instance occurring sometime in April, according to the affidavit.
Wirth progressed from showing the victim pornography to raping her. According to the affidavit, both the victim and Wirth told police that he used sex toys on the victim at various times. Wirth also told police he took showers with the victim on multiple occasions.
According to the affidavit, Wirth would sexually assault the victim while her mother was away at work and her brother was asleep.

Police were first notified of the abuse on Tuesday. Later that day, a police detective interviewed Wirth about the allegations. At first, Wirth dismissed the allegations and even made a joke about them, police say.
Wirth then told the detective that "any chance he got, he did it," and that "he did everything [the victim] said he did," according to the affidavit.
Following the interview, police obtained a warrant for his arrest on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

YUKON, Okla. – An Oklahoma man was arrested after he conspired to sexually abuse a newborn baby.
On June 8th, the Midwest City Police Department contacted the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office after gathering evidence Daniel Thomas J. Deffner, 39, of Yukon, traded child pornography and was engaged in a discussion involving child exploitation with a person in Midwest City.
Officials say the Midwest City Police found Deffner was messaging a pregnant woman, who lives in Midwest City, through Facebook.
Authorities say Facebook messages show the two planned to rape, torture and sexually molest the child growing inside of the pregnant woman.
The man reportedly described in great detail the horrific sexual acts he desired to perform on the infant as soon the child was delivered.
Officials say the mother of the child not only agreed to allow Deffner to live out his sexual fantasies on her newborn baby, but stated that she would take part in it as well.
“This is one of, if not the sickest things I’ve ever heard of, and I can’t describe the evil and deranged details of what they were planning to do to this innocent and defenseless baby,” Canadian County Sheriff Chris West said in a news release.
While investigating Deffner, authorities said they also determined the identity of an 11-year-old Oklahoma County girl Deffner had manipulated into sending nude photographs of herself.  He also orchestrated a personal encounter with the child earlier this year.
Canadian County Sheriff’s investigators secured a search warrant on Deffner’s residence in Yukon, where they reportedly found multiple electronic devices containing approximately seven images of the 11-year-old girl, and other child pornography.
Deffner was arrested on June 9th in Canadian County.
He is currently facing charges for Procuring a Minor in Child Pornography, Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
His bond was set at $101,500.
He remains in custody.
Deffner was on probation for child neglect and drug charges.
“It sickens me to no end that an 11-year-old girl spent any amount of time alone with such a sick and demented individual as Deffner.  I pray that baby wasn’t scarred for life,” said West.
Authorities say the pregnant woman’s children have been placed into protective custody with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
Her identity has not been released at this time.
Officials with the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office say charges on the woman are being handled by the Midwest City Police Department.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man who ran an online chat group to share images and videos of toddlers being raped was sentenced Thursday to more than 26 years in federal prison.
Brian Keeling, 34, told U.S. District Judge James Gwin that "I need help." Keeling had admitted to sharing files included videos where toddlers screamed or said "no" while being sexually assaulted.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan also said Thursday that Keeling admitted to abusing a toddler himself.
"This case is incredibly disturbing in so many different ways," Sullivan said.
Gwin said Keeling's case "may be the worst type of conduct I've seen for one of these cases." The judge, who generally does not believe long sentences deter others from committing the same crime, nevertheless said a long sentence was necessary because Keeling poses a great threat to children due to his "obsession."
He ordered Keeling to pay $2,000 each to seven victims identified in the photos and videos.
Keeling, who lived in the Stockyards neighborhood, was arrested in December after he admitted to U.S. Department of Homeland Security agents that he, along with one or two others, ran a group called "Toddlers" on the messaging app Kik, according to a court filings.
He told investigators that he ran the group, which had about 50 members, and traded thousands of files from his cellphone.
Gwin on Thursday recounted one chat that investigators monitored where Keeling told someone that he would "love to see little girls getting destroyed" and asks if they "have any little girls crying." Keeling also told the person in the chat that he was the one having sex with an infant in one of the videos.
He pleaded guilty in February to advertisement, receipt and distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
Jacqueline Johnson, Keeling's federal public defender, asked the judge for a 15-year sentence. She said Keeling had an abusive and unstable childhood and abused alcohol and drugs. She said Keeling would benefit from treatment in prison.
Court filings say Keeling was caught in a probe that started with investigators in Australia. A suspect there admitted to molesting a 4-year-old girl while photographing and filming it. The suspect then shared the files with others.
The suspect gave investigators access to his Kik account, and they found that he was a member of the same group in which Keeling was an administrator.
Prosecutors said the case is still being investigated.

OLATHE, Kan. — A 47-year-old Johnson County man pleaded guilty Tuesday morning to two counts of rape and one count of sexual exploitation of a child. Six other charges against him were dismissed.
In April 2016, FOX 4 reported that Sean Murphy was being held on $500,000 bond, accused of sexually assaulting children and possessing child porn. At that time, Murphy denied any inappropriate contact with any of the more than 30 children he had fostered over the previous two years.
Two female foster children accused Murphy of sexual abuse or being sexually inappropriate. Both were removed from the home.  One said he would come into her room nearly every night.  She said she suspected he was abusing other foster children.  In August 2015, a 4-year-old girl was interviewed and she also told investigators that Murphy put his private part on her private part. On the same day, a 7-year-old girl was interviewed, saying Murphy would inappropriately touch her.
According to investigators, Sean Murphy, who worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, also viewed child pornography on his work computer. During an interview, he reportedly said he would view pictures several times a day.  The 294 pictures and 10 videos found in his possession under a user name ‘daddy2many’ included bondage, sadomasochism, bestiality and several prepubescent children, investigators say.
However, prosecutors have dismissed the charges of sexual exploitation of a child for possession of child pornography.
His sentencing is scheduled for August 2nd.

Johnson County, Kan. man who served as foster father pleads guilty to rape, child exploitation JUNE 20, 2017 FOX 4 NEWSROOM

The officer who investigated a Saskatoon child pornographer's hundreds of videos and thousands of images said they were the worst he's ever encountered.
Philip Michael Chicoine admitted that he directed the real-time sexual abuse of children overseas using the computer program Skype from his parents' home in Saskatoon.
Chicoine, 27, has pleaded guilty to 40 counts of possessing, producing and sharing child pornography.
"This is by far the most depraved collection I've seen," Cpl. Jared Clarke from the Internet Child Exploitation Unit said at Chicoine's sentencing hearing in Saskatoon Monday.
The Crown is asking for a 17-year sentence.

Paying parents to abuse children

Clarke said what made Chicoine's case disturbing was not only his collection of more than 580 "unique" videos and more than 4,000 "unique" photos, it was also the fact that Chicoine spent more than $20,000 over five years to pay for the online exchanges.
He would discuss his sexual interests with the parents of the abused children, who ranged at various points from infants to 14 years. Then the parents would abuse the children according to his specific directions.
The Crown presented graphic and disturbing videos in court that they said had been seized from Chicoine's computer. The short excerpts shown depicted scenes of horrific child abuse. Screams of the victims could be heard throughout the courtroom.
Chicoine indicated in the exchanges that he preferred children who cried during the abuse, and that he favoured "hurtcore" and complained about the difficulties of finding "pedomoms."
The images and videos — many of them involving torture and bondage — were, in Clarke's words, "the worst" he has seen in a six-year career investigating similar cases.
Some of the material was so disturbing, Clarke said, that it affected him personally. At points, he was emotional about what he saw.
"This collection really stuck with me. It caused me to have nightmares."
Members of Chicoine's family had been present for much of the trial but were not there when the videos were played.

Texts to children

Prosecutor Lana Morelli said the investigation began on Valentine's Day this year when police came across a single pornographic image uploaded to a computer address in Saskatoon.
In addition to the Skype contact, Morelli said Chicoine texted children directly. She read texts from children as young as 10 in Florida, Australia and Saskatoon.
At one point, a 14-year-old texted him that she needed money to pay for school and bus travel and that she's so overwhelmed that she may kill herself. To that, Chicoine replied that he'd want her to film the suicide so that he could watch.
Morelli said that police raided Chicoine's home days before he had made arrangements to meet a woman in Saskatoon who was a cousin of a woman in the Philippines with whom he had been dealing. He was preparing to travel to the Philippines to engage in direct physical abuse with pre-teens and toddlers.
The case was adjourned until June 29 when additional submissions will be made by lawyers in the case and the defence will have the opportunity to respond.

SILVER SPRING, MD. (WUSA9) - A man from Silver Spring was sentenced to 25 years in prison Monday for production of child pornography.
In 2011, 28-year-old Clarence Henry Andrews had to register as a sex offender after he was convicted of sexually abusing a 9-year-old boy in a bathroom at a Maryland church.
According to his plea agreement, in March 2015, Andrews communicated with an 11-year-old boy in Georgia, via a video game system, Skype, Facetime, text messages and telephone. Andrews promised to provide the boy with Advanced Warfare, a video game, in exchange for sexually explicit images and videos of the minor. He also used religion to persuade the boy to produce and share the sexually explicit content.
Officials said Andrew admitted that he tried to get at least eight other victims, 16-years-old and younger, to produce images and videos of sexually explicit conduct between 2013 and April 2015.
He also admitted that between April 2013 and October 2014, he befriended a family through church with an 8 to 9 -year-old daughter and a 7 to 8-year-old son in Maryland. Andrews visited the family’s home several times.
He said he took the girl to a downstairs bathroom in the home and promised her he would give her money if she pulled down her pants. According to the release, he touched and photographed the girl's buttocks.
He also reportedly took the boy to the same bathroom, engaged in sexual conduct and photographed the child’s buttocks.
In January 2017, Andrews was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in Montgomery County Circuit Court.
As part of his plea agreement, Andrews is required to continue to register as a sex offender in the place where he lives, where he is an employee and where he is a student, under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
An East Stroudsburg man was arrested on numerous child pornography charges, authorities said.

Erik Samuel Decker, of the 100 block of Elk Street, faces three different charges of sexual abuse of children -- one for uploading a photo of a child involved in an indecent act, 46 for possessing 46 images of children involved in indecent acts, and three for possessing three nude photos of children, the Monroe County District Attorney's Office said. Decker is also charged with one count of using a cellphone to commit a crime, according to court records.
The children depicted were between the ages of 5 and 12, the district attorney's office said.
The image that was uploaded to a chat room on chatstep.com was flagged by the website and turned over to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, authorities said.
It was determined from the IP address that the photo was uploaded March 1 from a computer using a secured wireless network in Decker's apartment, authorities said.
A search warrant was served June 2 and the images in question were tied to a password-protected laptop in Decker's bedroom, which he said his roommate didn't use, authorities said.
Decker did not admit to possessing the child pornography, authorities said.
He was arraigned before District Judge Michael Muth, who set bail at $1,000, records show. Decker couldn't
A Spring Lake teen was sentenced to a month in jail and five years probation in what Ottawa County Circuit Judge Jon Hulsing said was a substantial deviation down from sentencing guidelines.

Samuel Qorion Chittenden, 18, must also register as a sex offender, Hulsing said during the hearing on Monday.
Chittenden was one of seven suspects identified last fall for the manufacture and distribution of child pornography over the internet. He faced up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the charges.
I hate what I did. I shouldn’t have done it,” Chittenden said before his sentencing.
His attorney, Michael Bartish, said his client had moved out of the residence where there were young children, was remorseful, and had no other issues since being investigated and charged. Bartish asked the judge to give Chittenden a sentence under the Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA), which provides a defendant a chance to wipe their record clean after making a bad decision.
Hulsing said that, given the material included in the probation report, Chittenden would have to successfully serve at least two and a half years probation before he could apply for HYTA.
The judge suggested that Chittenden use the tools available to him to get help.
“The prosecuting attorney is working with your attorney to do what is best for you and society, as well,” Hulsing said.
Tips from state and federal partners led to the beginning of the four-month investigation in Ottawa County last fall. The Combined Computer Forensics Team, which consists of a detective from the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office and a detective with the Holland Department of Public Safety, worked with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to develop evidence on how the suspects were making and sharing the images over the internet. That resulted in local police obtaining search warrants.

CHILD abuse detectives have been offered counselling after investigating a case where a grandfather used his two young granddaughters to make child pornography in Sydney’s south.
The dedicated officers on the case were also forced to view “extensive” child pornography and material which showed the 65-year-old man engaged in sexual acts with a dog.
Police arrested the grandfather in September 2016 and charged him with the 14 offences relating to the sexual abuse of his grandchildren.
He was granted bail but police seized his computer and electronic storage devices at the time and scoured through them as part of their investigation.
After allegedly finding child pornography he had made by using his grandchildren, police arrested the man at an Engadine house yesterday afternoon.
Court documents state the accused performed the acts of bestiality with the dog in May 2012 and April 2014.
The grandfather also made child pornography with the victims several times since 2014.
He was taken to Sutherland police station and charged with six counts of producing child abuse material and two counts of bestiality.
Today, he appeared before Sutherland Local Court where he did not apply for bail but it was formally refused.
He is expected to face Central Local Court on August 8.

An Allentown man who sexually assaulted one child while forcing another child to record it now faces decades in state prison for his crimes.
Prosecutors said Adrian Jimenez sexually assaulted a 5-year-old girl, and that a 7-year-old girl was forced to film some of the assaults on Jimenez's phone. A 2-year-old was also present at the time of the assaults, prosecutors said.
The 42-year-old Jimenez pleaded guilty in January to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual abuse of children, and two counts of corruption of minors. Afterward, Jimenez tried to withdraw the guilty plea and go to trial, which Judge James Anthony denied.
Jimenez was in court on Thursday for his sentencing hearing, where he was determined to be a sexually violent predator.
"I just want to get this over with," Jimenez said as he sat next to his attorney in shackles. "I'm not a bad person ... I'm not what you think I am."
Jimenez said he plans to appeal, but that he wishes the victims "all the best."
"I will prove myself to be innocent. I will be going home. You'll see," he said.
Assistant District Attorney Sarah Heimbach called the crimes horrific. The video, which was reviewed by the judge, "speaks for itself," Heimbach said.
The oldest girl has had a lot of trouble coping since the crimes, and is in intensive treatment, the prosecutor said.
The judge sentenced Jimenez to 20 to 40 years in state prison, a sentence that was part of his plea deal. Jimenez is also awaiting trial in a second unrelated theft case.
The crimes were uncovered in the summer of 2015, after Allentown police found Jimenez unconscious in the street in the first block of South Fourth Street in Allentown. Jimenez was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital for treatment.
Allentown police found the three victims alone in Jimenez's home, police said. One of the children brought Jimenez's phone to a police officer and asked the officer to open up the photos, police said.
Police said they found video on the phone of Jimenez sexually assaulting one of the children.
